Jermell bout to get bashed back to back. I don’t see him being competitive in his first fight at 168 against Canelo, nor if he drops back down to fight Crawford. Sounds like a retirement plan.

Were you at the table negotiating?

Another point is that Morrell jr is the next one up for Canelo in terms of mandatories. Then IBF, and then WBC with Benavidez. And we've known for a long time that WBC isn't going to enforce their own rules. If Benavidez actually wants Canelo, he could have taken the Morrell fight that his own dad said they had a contract for. Or he could have not done ******* and made weight. He's bungled 3 opportunities already.
Of course he wanted Jermall, that's what I said. You suggested that Canelo didn't make him an offer. Now, you're saying that it's well documented that he wanted him.

Benavidez has been Canelo's mandatory for 2.5 years. He shouldn't have to fight up-and-comer Morrell first. He's paid for his screw ups and has earned a shot. Canelo doesn't want that smoke and we all know it.

Just to clarify, you're saying you're not sure that Crawford has more skill than Canelo?

Because he wants to fight a known name whom he feels he can beat, rather than fight his mandatory challenger, David Benavidez, whom he doesn't think he can beat.

Yeah, I have no idea how this fight came about. Perhaps it wasn't just him involved but his management. They're like, let's get a recognizable name for you to face, even if he's 2 divisions lower. Honestly, the Charlo bros have both been out of boxing eyes for awhile lately. Sure, they show up at events, but they haven't been in the ring in some time. They're going to be digging up years old highlights to market Charlo.

I can't believe Charlo is about to get knocked out real soon. This is crazy!! Canelo is gonna menace this boy's face and his big ass cranium and splatter Jheri Curl juice, blood, and snot on everyone at ringside
