I believe it's only 3 first time was for kickboxing and the other 2 are in boxing. Either way it's 3 too many dude is an absolute cheat and I've been saying it for years but apparently because Eddie got him off the hook and allowed him to fight Rivas while pissing hot it seemed everyone was just ok with it and he was allowed to do whatever.

Him and Jarrell both had the same transformation both former PED using kickboxers who continued to use PEDS in boxing and became terribly out of shape while purely relying on PEDS to get them through fights.

Rivas fight - failed, got away with it contamination excuse but even the final report give no facts as to why he got away with it. 2nd failed test should have meant 4 years ban even for strict liability.
