Zhang was No. 1 trending at on all of China’s social media platforms, and appearing on all major news outlets in the days leading up to and following his easy stoppage of Joyce.
Maybe the FIFA World Cup does that, and possibly the Olympics. Nothing else in sports is that big.

I do watch women's boxing. The top level women have way more skill than either of these two clowns. They don't have the strength or the size but at least Seniesa Estrada doesn't get tagged with the same slow motion punch 50 times in a row. At least Amanda Serrano can put together a 3 punch combination and not gas out and die.
