what happens if cotto offsets manny's speed

in anticipation for what i think will be a great fight, ive thought of different scenarios that can take place in the ring.one of them is what happens if cotto can somewhat offset mannys speed. we know manny doesnt have the best defense and can be hit flush. how do you see this playing out if it occurs?

Manny will be intimidated by Cotto's power early in the fight... If he can resist Cotto's punch which I doubt.... he will have a chance to win by UD but then this is a remote chance....

    Cotto by KO

If Cotto offsets Manny's speed, he's found the key to victory because he'll more than likely beat Pacquiao if he does that. I think his timing will help offset it, but Pacquiao is still going to be punching and landing. Cotto has to stay focused at all times and not gas out.

Manny, intimidated? I'm not saying he's going to win, but intimidated? Manny? You're pure hate, boy.

this don't even matter. cotto is way too big and should be able to walk through pac's best punches.

Depends what you mean by offset. If he can slow down Pac's workrate by making him miss or timing him with power punches, then I think he has a much better chance at winning.

You can't rule out the fact that Manny's been through these battles before. I know it was at a lower weight, but it's a mentality thing. the Morales fights were brutal. The Marquez fights were tough. He gets hit and fires back.

He may walk through some of them but they're gonna be so many of them. He cant do it for long.

He's really not that much bigger. He'll be a four or five pounds bigger than Hatton was.
