I miss the pre Klitschko era mid 80s upto the Lennox Vitali fight.

Testing was basically a sniff test back then, most were jacked & could go hard for 12 rounds. If anyone popped they paid a fine & it was forgotten about with none or early internet pre social media.

I say juice up (imagine the war's) or lifetime bans, it's the only way it'll stop.
