I don't have a problem with this fight. I'm not sold on Catterall and while Linares is definitely past his best days this is a good fight for Jack right now. Keeps him busy with a guy who still has skills and experience. Let's see what Jack's got. I always liked Linares, so I'm pulling for the upset.

This isn't good enough for Catterall because Linares is far past his best. What does this fight do for Catterall? He should be pushing for the top 140 pounders. 140 isn't a division short on talent.

Great way for him to build on the momentum of the Taylor fight, foley then linares in 18 months

What happened to getting out and staying active? Fights like this are OK if your fighting 4 times a year, but 2nd fight in over 18 months, embarrassing

Always liked Linares, but he’s way past it, on a 3 fight losing streak, and moving up in weight… they couldn’t find anyone better?

I remember his last stint at 140 not lasting very long…

They should've let Richardson Hitchins fight Catterall when Montana Love couldn't go.

Fast, accurate, counter punching southpaw, who can also fight on the inside - with good power. No thanks.

This fight doesn't do much for him, but he does need to raise his profile to get the names to face him.
Handful? Lost to Taylor. Not undisputed. And then fought a 34th in the world rated fighter as a co main. Now fighting a finished Linares who aint fougut in a few years

I like Catterall and he should have been able to tell his grandkids one day that he was the undisputed light welterweight champion of the world but this fight is utter garbage.

He didn't lose to Taylor. He dismantled him with ease.
