Not trying to bring race into it but if you want to crack a million Ppv’s you have to have two different fan bases/races that will bring in the big numbers.

If tank fights shakur or haney I doubt it does a million because of the same fan base will be double dipping. If charlo had a monster reputation at 168 just like benividez that fight would sell more than canelo vs benividez.

but with that being said those are very good numbers.

Dumbest phuckin thing I’ve ever heard. Garcia’s only had one ppv and that was vs Davis. Tank brought 1/3, Garcia brought 1/3 and 1/3 bought because on paper it was supposed to be a good fight. Really ignorant to think Garcia’s bringing a million every time out. Ain’t happening.

Damn! it seems like Bud and Errol broke records on this pay per view event. Both fighters will receive career high paydays on the back end thanks to this fight. Al Haymon is a Goddamn genius.

He encourages his fighters to bet on themselves and darn if they didn't. They will net more money from the percentages than they ever would have grossed on a guaranteed contract. That's the PBC business model.

It's safe to say by earning this type of money; Crawford isn't going nowhere. He is here to stay at the PBC. He never earned that type of money with ESPN, Bob Arum or Top Rank

people have been saying boxing has been dying for the last 50 yrs. I remember a sports illustrated article about the SRL vs Hagler fight being the last super fight ever. Then about ten years later the same article saying ODLH vs Trinadad was the last super fight in boxing. Then about 15 yrs later another article saying PPVweather vs Manny was the last super....yadayadayada! Boxing will be ok!

We as boxing fans have got to grow up (I did). PPV is not as bad as you think. Everyone hates that we have to pay 85$ to see a major fight that we wanted to see for 5 years now. Let's look at the NBA NFL MLB and for you UK folks the soccer boys.....I pay 1000s of dollars to sit 14 rows up for an NFL game. The NFL charges my group almost 10k for 8 home games a year. The Nba will charge for games/food/beer/season tickets almost 500 dollars a night. I love that I will eat and drink good under the game at Cap one arena ( if you know you know)!Boxing is a baygain. No stadiums or jerseys to pay for. Just fake non americans to root for **** they knbow nothingnabbot

650-700K PPV at $85 a piece is a good number for these guys. In a much more prosperous economic time in the U.S., Wilder-Fury I did half of that, 325K.

I believe Crawford can continue this roll if PBC keeps feeding him their main guys.
