Bud is 36, he will finish his career at 154, I believe.

Canelo -Bud at 160 would be a dream fight, but Canelo can`t make 160 anymore.

if I'm Bud, Spence was talking about fighting Canelo well hell let Bud get that shot and Mega Payday with Canelo he has nothing to lose Legacy Cemented as 2x Undisputed jump to 168 for Canelo like Jermell and gets paid at the very least and if you lose who cares comeback down still undisputed king at 147

another Undisputed vs Undisputed Fight after Canelo beats Jermell Charlo

We asking Inoue to fight Tank so why not Canelo vs Bud

Or fight a name in his first fight at 154 like Thurman, Trout, or Smith while he waits for Charlo.
Yeah, another thing that came into my mind is that, basically every fight from here on out for Crawford is just to add to the legacy. 3 weight world champ and undisputed at two weights, not much can really detract from him at this point, it's just how many more achievements can he add to the list. Maybe if he beats Boots at 147 and Ennis goes on to become a HOF level guy himself, that will do a lot in retrospect, but there aren't any other fights at 147 that would really move the needle on his career when all is said and done. I think I'm immediately going to 154 if I am him as well and pushing all the sanctioning bodies to see whom will grant me a title shot right out of the gate.

He's 35, not 40. He has time. He hasn't taken a huge amount of damage in his career.

The plan has to be 154. Crawford beat the brakes off Horn, so a Tszyu fight in Australia is marketable. If TC beats Tszyu in Australia, that would be a clear sign that Jermell needs to see him.
I'm also curious to see the energy the Charlo brothers have after their boy Spence got beatdown, you'd think they'd want the vengeance play, but it appears they are already setting that up with Canelo. I kinda have a feeling we will never see Jermell fight at 154 again and we will never see Jermall fight at 160 again.

This is true, he'd have to fast track it if that was his goal, I always forget Crawford is a couple years older than I seem to think. Probably only goes for a belt at 160 if he is A. really chasing legacy achievements or B. is towards the end of his career and thinks he can steal a belt at one more weight. Still not gonna rule it out, but does seem a bit less likely than I initially thought, a lot hinges on what Jermell does post-Canelo imo

I do think that Crawford is pretty much playing with house money at this point. Other than some shock loss at 147, everything else on the horizon is just bonus points for to his career and won't really take away from what he has achieved. Any L's he takes at 154 or above will likely be written off as him being too small or too old, so there's really nothing to lose challenging any guys above 147, his legacy is cemented at 147 and below

Crawford is getting old and he has nothing to prove. Now is the time he should start trying to max out those revenues. Go fight in the middle east for fifty million.

Against whom? Which guys do you think he should target from here on out for those kinda paydays?
