#1 Adrian Hernandez (reigning and 2X WBC light flyweight champion)
#1 Omar Narvaez (reigning WBO super flyweight champion, 2 division champion overall)

#2 Nonito Donaire (unification, lineal title fight, reigning WBC bantamweight champion, 4 division champion overall)
#8 Paul Butler (undisputed unification, reigning and 2X WBO bantamweight champion)
#1 Stephen Fulton (reigning WBC/WBO super bantamweight champion)
That’s true, but I’m sure they didn’t take Future champs into consideration since Inoue fought them before they became champions.

That's dumb. They were both TBRB ranked when he fought them. It's more impressive to beat ranked contenders on the way up than it is to vulture off former champions that are either outside their normal weight class, many years removed from their primes, or both (see: Tank Davis vs Cristobal Cruz, Hugo Ruiz, Leo Santa Cruz, Yuriorkis Gamboa).

22-1 Abraham Nova vs 35-1 Jonathan Ramirez. (Edit Romero not Ramirez lol) Nice record, but I only recognize two names on his record (SD over Avalos in 2011 & 6th rd TKO loss to KiKo in 2013)

                      Ill take Nova
