That's why I thought someone like Blunose Lopez or Andy Vences would be good opponents for him next, veteran guys that have been in there with dudes at the top. If he beat one of them next, it'd certainly put him on a list of contenders and may set himself up for an eliminator or something close to it.
The fight was for a WBC Silver title, so that might get him in.

Interesting that this is only the second time (since 2016) he made the super featherweight limit.

Just watched the fight. I'm a fan of Superbad but she didn't look all that good in the fight. Seemed like she's been getting away with some poor technique recently and it came back to haunt her in this fight.

ESPN may be the worst when it comes to being shills for the house fighters and I'd never want to be a fighter going up against a Top Rank opponent in a Top Rank promotion. All of the promotional banners are bad in this regard but Top Rank seems the worst lately.

Scorecards on top rank shows are atrocious

The evidence is clear that Yocasta Valle will do anything she can to avoid a unification bout with Seniesa Estrada. Top Rank extended a strong offer to Valle to face Estrada — a package far greater than any purse Valle ever saw — and the offer was declined with no counter-offer. Then, Valle talks nonsense last night about how when she fights she fills stadiums not ballrooms. In truth, Valle can’t draw flies. She fights in makeshift rings on the beaches of Costa Rica with zero interest from broadcast platforms. So, Valle is just another example of a big talker who will avoid Estrada in the ring at all costs. Want more proof? Let’s see who Golden Boy matches Valle with next. And, if you think DAZN executives are interested in showcasing Valle in a walkover, perhaps you might be interested in a bridge for sale in Brooklyn!

Estrada got her arse whopped. When the promoter, in this case Top Prank pays the judges, you get this corruption in boxing. For all the sheet that comes out of her mouth, Estrada thinks she’s a top female fighter. Go back to your waitress job beech and shut the *** up.
