He gets iced inside 7, probably inside 4, but trying to be respectful. He walks into a right hand he doesn’t come back from, the only question is when.

Again I’m not going to waste breath on the he said, she said BS but Ruiz’s dad has stated this by demanding 50/50 to fight Wilder & they turned down 20 million demanding more to fight Fury. None of this came from Ruiz himself. Only from his father. The only real money fights left for Wilder & Fury are with Joshua & Usyk. Sure fights with former champions Parker & Ruiz could be decent paydays & maybe Joyce if he wins the Yang rematch but I don’t see those fight materializing due to Wilder & Fury’s age. I see Wilder fighting Joshua & that’s it. Fury I see fighting Usyk & Joshua then retiring. The problem is none of the others in the top 5-20 will fight each other while they wait for the top guys to sort out undisputed & their mandatories.
Fury only fought Klitschko, Whyte and Wilder. Wilder only fought Ortiz and Fury. Both guys are barely tested in their own division.

That is my point. Ruiz would still be Wilder`s best win.

I can understand your point about money fights, but Fury himself has a very poor resume.

What really has to happen but never will is getting rid of the 4 world title BS. When guys like Alex Leapai get a mandatory shot for beating no one it waters down boxing. The WBO is the worst of the 4. All you have to do is go to the Asian Pacific region & collect 2 of their regional belts & you are in the top 10 or go to Africa & smash a Nigerian nobody & win the WBO African title to get a top 15 ranking. Tom Schwarz was somehow the WBO #2 before Fury crushed him. No wonder they chose him. No incentive to fight tougher opponents when the boxing orgs hand out ****** rankings for undeserving fighters. Regional belts rankings are a farce & allow undeserving fighters to climb the rankings without beating credible opponents.
