Anyone saying Inoue is not #1 p4p.....Bud is my favorite active fighter. If Bud goes in Saturday and dominates Spence and KO's him badly, it is a tie in my eyes. Inoue is dominant.

Spence gonna experience was Fulton felt, as I looked at Fulton's body, he looked kinda weak. They were saying he had the big size advantage then when they got into the ring Inoue didn't look at that small in comparison. Fulton's legs looked like twigs, and that's what happen when a boxer is coming down, hasn't fought in 13 months. Fulton might walk around at 146 while Inoue is walking around at his strongest close to fighting weight..

Pound for pound is a really strange concept because if everyone was the same size you, would have to take away a lot of attributes from fighters

put 20lbs on Inoue, he wont be as fast anymore.

Let's say Spence is 122lbs instead of 147lbs, he's no longer as physically strong

A beterbiev at 147 lbs doesn't have the same power as he does at 175

I understand people say it's all relative and it would be relative to the weight they're at if they're all the same size but relativity isn't linear, theres way too many variables for it to be linear.

A big part of what makes a fighter fight how they do is their natural physical construct, biomechanics wtc...and if you change that, they're not the same person anymore, thus not knowing if they would be a good fighter or not if they were essentially different person who was naturally much bigger or smaller than they are as we know them.

In short, pound for pound is a lot of nonsense that can't be measured factually and makes no scientific sense. So it comes favouritism or whose achievements you like.

But scientifically it makes no sense because you would essentially be requiring people to be a completely different person with a different physical construct and completely different biomechanics. all that would remain the same would be their name...

what makes this more impressive is that this is Inoues first 122 fight and he destroyed the best guy in his division! No tune ups!
canât say the same with the Spence/Crawford fight.
