Carl Froch has fired back at some of the recent comments from former two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. Both men had a long working relationship with veteran coach Robert McCracken. AJ's got a point about Froch. He got his chin tested a lot. If AJ fought like Froch he would get KO'd every fight.

Froch was a great fighter but not a great athlete.
He wasn't the most coordinated, he didn't have the best reflexes or any real fluidity. A trainer can only get so much out of what they have to work with.
McCracken did an amazing job with Froch. No trainer would have been able to make him a great defensive fighter & even if they could they would be taking away from all of his strengths.

I don't think anyone can realistically be critical of McCracken training Froch, he got the most out of him and then some.
He's a trainer not some miracle worker.

Same with AJ though I feel he's got so many people in his ear and has always been confused and easily influenced.
He doesn't know who he is as a person let alone a fighter.

Joshua is running from reality. Rob has known since he was young man, he doesn’t see him as a superstar and has no problem telling some home truths, that’s why Joshua got rid of Rob, the truth hurts especially when you’re in denial.

Froch was one of my favorites, loved watching him fight, he fought anyone, and gave his all every fight!
