personalities and people will clash, some get on some dont, from the article AJ seems to have engineered a little dig at his old coach, hes still bristling about it, probably better off just parking the whole thing and being the 'bigger man'

To be fair, Robert also said the same thing that he needs to move out of his comfort zone and yes men and train in America. Had he done that with him, Robert would have taught him a thing or two. But Robert was just like a consultant in a group of too many trainers with much say. No wonder neither has anything good to say about the other. I still think he is harsh on Robert given it is AJ's fault he held too many trainers and never handed over authority to Robert.

Most people noticed considerable skills improvement in Joshua in the 2nd fight but still lacked the aggression.

They are both top trainers but neither got a great performance out of AJ. I don't think the coaching is the problem.

Maybe if AJ got with Garcia before he got to the other side of the hill, before he hit the skids. Like James is bringing back the glory days.

Actually I think he looked better in the second Usyk fight than he did against Franklin, even though he lost the Usyk fight but that's just a case of levels.

so if we had to judge the performance of the trainers in the only fight Joshua had with them, one could argue that he looked better under Garcia.

But at the end of the day, it's all about where he feels comfortable. Garcia basically said he doesn't like to be pushed too hard and given constant compliments for anything he does well. Maybe James gives him that, doesnt necessarily mean it's better come fight night.

What's the worse thing that can happen with him learning new things? He'll lose? Oh wait.. He'll get knocked out? Oh wait. He might as well aim for the moon.

They are both excellent trainers, with different strategies and styles at the end of the day.

Dead chuffed to see Josh training in Texas in the ultra hot sun and with such a fine team of American trainer and fighters. He’s right where he needs to be

At this point, if I hear AJ is happy and comfortable with his training team, then it's probably not going to yield results in the ring.
