No he shouldn’t. Loma said Haney failed to make weight at the weigh in until his 3rd try. Making 135 again will further affect his performance and may be damaging to his health. He’s contacted the WBO at 140 anyway. His next fight will be against Regis, Barboza or Teo

Unless Loma plans on fighting Tank or moving up to 140lbs to pursue Haney, Shakur is his best option.
Coming off the BS "loss" to Haney, the Shakur showdown doesn't mean very much at this point.

If the loss to Haney was BS (I don’t agree with that but…) then Lomachenko is the uncrowned undisputed champion and the Shakur showdown still means a lot.

Didn't Shakur go 12 rounds with 2 chicks in a parking garage??? Cool dude that likes to beat up women. POSht should be locked up. He looked like that wasn't the 1st time he did that...

Loma probably won't get a rematch. He's a dangerous opponent that's at that age where he'll look bad in one fight, but good in another. He had his chance to win vs Haney already. He should have shown better in their fight. Blown opportunity.

Loma still crying about Haney. Just challenge Stevenson or Tank Davis

Tank Davis? Are we pretending that Tank accepts challenges?

Anyway you want to look at it, a rematch with Haney is a priority over every other fight for Lomachenko. I don't see how you can disagree. A recognized win with all the titles that come with it, makes every other fight a bigger fight.
