Will Ennis get credit for beating Villa?

Ennis vs Villa fight tomorrow night, and I think Ennis is going to beat his azz. Probably hurts him with an uppercut and ends up stopping him.

I'm wondering if all the posters criticizing Ennis' competition, particularly after his last fight, will give him credit for beating Villa. Many were asking he at least fight Villa, well he's fighting Villa tomorrow. Does everyone think Ennis will just beat Villa now?

It’s a guy he should beat and look good doing it tbh.

It’s a solid win but, respectfully, Ennis should have far greater ambitions than Romain Villa.

I should hope so Villa should be undefeated, he is coming off back-to-back upset wins and can punch like a mule.
I don't think he has been knocked down or hurt to my knowledge at least.

I think he is a fighter that Boots should look good against but Villa is certainly a very dangerous fighter.
Anyone that hits that hard is a threat, period.

Villa is another eye test merchant. He gotta take some credit for sure. Especially for his shıtty resume, Villa would be good win.

          'Eye Test Killa' Villa.

          Boots gets credit if

          - it does NOT go the distance, OR
          - if it does, he's able to at least drop the Eye Test Killa

But if Villa takes him to deep waters and beyond...it's time for NSB to re-evaluate the callouts of Spence/Crawford.

Villa is decent enough, this is boots toughest test so i dont see why he wouldnt get credit for it.

But you'd make major bank if you bet on the 'Eye Test Killa' to continue the streak.

The guy resembles Maidana, if it reminds you of anything. He's not from Argentina, though. He's Venezuelan.

I'm not talking about betting. Are you putting money on Villa?

I bring this up because people go overboard with criticism towards fighters. Ennis didn't look invincible in his last fight and some poster were making it seem like he might not even beat Villa because he was so overrated based on the "eye test". I like that there's a few people sticking to their guns, I'll be interested in their take after the fight. But there were more people bagging on Boots, maybe they haven't seen the thread but O want them to keep the same energy for tonight's fight.
