He said that he would fight Teo, but no one knows what Lopez is going to do, and he called out Loma, but Loma doesn't seem to want it. Loma never responded and is only expressing interest in a Haney rematch. Tank also told Shakur "let's fight next", but Shakur said he wants Haney first, but he's interested. I don't know who Diving is, but Haney has gone quiet, even though Tank has said that he can't wait to knock him out.

He doesn't have to petition, he's already the mandatory as the regular WBA champion, the sanctioning body has to order the fight. Haney doesn't want that type of work, Tank has called him out for about 6 months now.
