Relax mate, if mayweather can accept to be called coward by boxing fans they why can't you? I don't like mayweather but i understand why he duck those fighters and if i was in his shoes i would probably also duck the boxer that i know i can't beat.

Haney is right on this one. First time he talks sense.

Im a Mayweather fan since he turned pro, and ive seen him fight in person. Fan of Haney too. We might have overrated him a bit before he fought Loma or undervalued Loma, maybe both.
I don’t disagree that the fascination of Floyd was partly to tune in to see if he would lose. See who could crack the code. Also the fact that the Manny fight took sooo long to make… but then seemed to do more numbers than anyone thought it would set a precedent that was unrealistic. Everyone would love to protect that “0” then have that one huge payday worth more than the rest of your career. It makes sense financially and health wise. It’s just it’s not standard and likely. It took two huge superstars.
Tank vs Ry was cool because it was two younger undefeated guys. It seemed like a throwback for once. It did good buys for this era.
If Bud and Spence think it will be a great tough fight between them they should have bet on having a trilogy between them and started years ago. Course that’s easy to say from the sidelines.
