Does Wilder think he's some super star lol the guy is delusional heck I wouldn't be surprised if Ruiz was more known than Wilder.

Ruiz must be eating too much Krispy Kreme! Haha! I think 60/40 or 65/35 is fair. Just make it happen!

50/50 is a completely legitimate and respectable offer. They both have enough clout and popularity to make it a PPV fight where they can negotiate even further. Strictly, IMO, DW is asking for 70% because he knows he'll be stepping down soon. Therefore, demanding a higher percentage of the purse. Which is understandable. However, AR is still in position for key fights, and might even qualify to campaign for a title down the line.

DW's just trying to goad the AR's into signing so they can start the process. In the ring it's the Art of War, but in the office, it's the Art of Negotiating.

Wilder's selling the fight by pulling the punk card. Trash talk. He's trying to get Andy pissed off enough to sign so he can get his 'Body on the Record'.

You can hear the promo now with Raheem.

Does he have the better resume though? Ruiz Jr's best win (AJ) is substantially better than Wilder's best win (Ortiz) and Ruiz Jr also beat Ortiz. .

I know that Wilder graduated from high school and attended a community college, so he is fairly educated. May not sound that way when he speaks, but that is more of a cultural thing.

iI wouldn’t brag about Wilders ppv numbers either. He did terrible numbers vs Ortiz and Helenius. If not for Fury he wouldn’t have any good numbers.

as for AJ, AJ hasn’t been the same since Big Andy ko’d him. Wilder should beat him faster and easier. He’s not the same fighter as he was.

With that being said, Big Andy ko’d an unbeaten unified champ and Wilder has done nothing close to that.
Wilder is almost always losing on points when he KO's his opponents, same as Rocky Marciano in that regard. You don't have to be ahead on points and also KO your opponent to win the fight.

no one would ever seriously think wilder has a better resume, this person is probably counting losing to fury as part of his resume but i bet ruiz could lose to fury over and over again, what does that prove? when it comes to wins its ruiz hands down. they have both only beat 2 top 10 ranked fighters but ruiz beat the #1 guy. wilder just beat a bunch of bums and fooled a bunch of people and they just wont admit they were fooled

I think Andy will go hollywood and Wilder will turn gatekeeper. Time on top is short. Andy had his day, Wilder had a few.

and most of his opponents are not very good. usually when you fight good opponents the ko rate diminishes, and as you can see with wilder that is also the case as he only has a 33 percent ko ratio against top 10 opponents. hes just been feasting on bums for so long
