It's not like I said "Ukrainians and Russians are the best boxers in the world", did I? I just said they are the best heavyweights right now and it will remain so for a long time, because of their genetic predispositions and hard work. They have always been two nations with strong athletic history.

When it comes to boxing elsewhere, I think Russians and Ukrainians are present in other divisions too, mostly the ones above 154, but they don't dominate as much as at HW.
