      Ruiz's best wins:
      Joshua
      Arreola
      Ortiz
      Liakhovich
      Dimitrenko
      Vargas
      Johnson

      Wilder's best wins:
      Stiverne
      Ortiz
      Ortiz
      Stiverne
      Arreola
      Liakhovich
      Breazeale
      Duhaupas
      Szpilka
      Helenius
      Washington
      Scott
      Molina

      Ruiz's losses:
      Joshua
      Parker

      Wilder's losses:
      Fury
      Fury

      Draws:
      Wilder vs Fury

Ruiz has one really good win and that's about it. Arreola got stopped by Wilder in 2016 and then dropped Ruiz and took him the distance in 2021. Wilder stopped Ortiz in 2018 and 2019, Ruiz struggled badly with him in 2022. Wilder stopped Liakhovich in 1 round in 2013, Ruiz went the distance with him in 2014.

Wilder's resume isn't that good either but it's lightyears ahead of Ruiz's.

Not much to argue either way. Other than Fury who does Wilder have? His sparring partner? Ortiz? At least Ruiz was in with Parker. I don't see anyone other than Fury that can match up to Parker on Wilder's list.

Ruiz lost to Parker and performed far, far worse than Wilder did against Luis Ortiz, Chris Arreola, and Siarhei Liakhovich.

And Wilder beat Stiverne twice, once while he was ranked in the top 4 and the reigning WBC heavyweight titlist.

Ortiz outboxed Wilder. Wilder has Ortiz at best other than Fury.

Ortiz outboxed Ruiz, too. He was just so old he could barely stand up. But boxing scene still scored the fight 113-112 Ortiz despite 3 knockdowns. You can say Ortiz outboxed Wilder all you want, but Wilder knocked him out twice in the end. And Ortiz was 5 years younger the first time around than he was against Ruiz. 43 is ancient.

Ortiz and Arreola are literally Ruiz's 2nd and 3rd best wins and they were both obliterated by Wilder many years before and completely shot by the time Ruiz got to them.

Ruiz has two worse losses (Joshua and Parker) than Wilder's two Fury losses.

Ruiz beat Parker by most peoples' opinion so how is that a bad loss? And Joshua did nothing in the win to impress anyone. Ruiz didn't get knocked down in that fight.

Parker is absolutely horrible. Always has been.

Than why has he ranked so highly the last five years? Anyone who makes the statement "absolute horrible" to describe him has no boxing knowledge.
