    What's the answer then?

The answers is to fight viable opponents at 175 until the Beterbiev situation sorts out. Dropping weight at age 32 just to chase belts is ******. Canelo has all the belts at 168 right now and I doubt Canelo will negotiate again to fight Bivol.

I agree. Yarde would be a good stay busy fight for Bivol. Or maybe one of Eddie's UK cans.

There are no viable opponents at 175 besides Beterbiev and stalling your career over a situation that may or may not resolve itself is quite frankly ******

            Time waits for no man.

If Bivol believes he can make the weight and is not deluding himself about it then he should fight the champs there.

What champs? There's only one guy with real belts at 168. Canelo. I doubt Canelo resumes talks to fight Bivol again.

Eddie is only going to give Bivol cheap matchroom LHW’s

Charla has ZERO chance of beating OLD MAN Canelo. He could be 5 years younger and STILL could not beat him.

He said he is willing to go down for the winner of Canelo vs Charlo.

I wonder if they have some type of "won't fight fellow Russian" pact like Canelo pretends to with fighting fellow Mexicans.
The fact that Beterbiev is Chechen while Bivol is Russian & Korean I feel they would box. Unlike iff they both were outright Russian or outright Chechen/Dagestani. I blame the WBC for you can't blame Bivol for trying to get his justified payday 10m instead of 3m . Hopefully some Saudis can put the $ together to pay them each 7.5-12.5m to make the fight
