The WBC won't allow Bivol to fight for their belt.

The WBC apparently doesn't acknowledge Russian fighters because of the war against Ukrain.

The only reason Bieterbiev was able to keep his belt is because he proved that he is Canadian. He has Canadian citizenship, his children were born in Canada, and he has lived in Canada for more than five years.

Dropping down in weight to chase artificial fights is not the answer. I like Bivol a lot, but he looks awful when he talks like this.

Bivol needs to stay at 175 and let the other guys move up, not the other way around. Bivol dropping down to 168 would be a very dumb move on his part.

            1) Did Bivol and Kov ever fight?
            2) How did Andrade become top 168 lbs
            3) Charlo vs. Benavidez is the money gate

He's cappin he will never fight at 168 even if it was Canelo. He just said himself he prefers to fight at 175 and that is his weight.the last time he weighed under 170 was a teenager in the amateurs. Last 13 years and his whole pro career he has never fought at 168 so what makes anyone think he will make it now when he's turning 33 this year.

Spence is similar age would anyone think he could make 140 or want to see him make it? No. So whys everyone always hyping Bivol Canelo 168 but never want to admit IF lets say Bivol did make 168, that he would be drained af so Canelos point was right that he would not get the credit for a win at 168.

Beterbiev is like 38 as well so even that fight time is running out cause its not happening this year

I like Bivol, he's daring to be great by jumping weight divisions.... just like Nelo ...

Why are folks upset that Bivol is entertaining the idea of coming down to 168 to challenge for the undisputed crown? He has 1 of 4 belts at 175 and already beat the undisputed 168 pound champ when he challenged him for his 175 title. We all know a Beterbiev fight is the biggest fight at 175 but why can’t the man come down to get a crack at the 168 undisputed title? Folks are throwing hissy fits because he won’t give Canelo what he wants when he already beat him convincingly? Canelo is a bigger name but he doesn’t have negotiating power at 175.

                    Bivol looking desperate here

175 is a better weight class than 168

The Beterbiev fight is somehow the easiest fight to make, and yet the most elusive at the same time.
