The delusional one even did an interview claiming he sent plenty of offers to Usyk only for him to turn them down. That is just another lie. He also deludes himself that Usyk is terrified of him. Usyk hasn't been in position to fight Wilder as he had the two fights with AJ and now has mandatories. But that's the problem with narcissists. They actually believe their own lies.
Whether Ruiz decides to accept Wilders offer or not. The bottom line is the Joshua fight is a go for December. That was always his main goal and objective all along anyway.

You are right. He wasn't in the least bit interested in fighting Ruiz at the beginning of the year because he wanted AJ. Which was the reason why he attended the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight in Saudi Arabia in February.

He wanted to meet with the Saudi investors "Skills Challenge" to discuss a potential Joshua fight by the end of the year. He only wants to fight Ruiz now as a tune up/stay busy fight anyhow.

That's also a lie. Wilder actually stated that he would never fight AJ until Shirly contradicted him. Then Wilder contradicted himself by claiming that he would a few weeks later. The fight wasn't a go until recently. Not fighting Ruiz has nothing to do with the AJ fight. It has everything to do with Ruiz having problems when it didn't appear to be the case earlier on in the year. When Wilder thought Ruiz was ready, he ran. Now he knows he's having problems....
