Some degree of Mexcan-American fans turn out to support Ruiz. His fights do okay.

Even when he was heavyweight champion, Wilder was an absolute nobody. And I like Wilder. The Fury fights raise his profile, but he's not a bigger draw than Ruiz. There's no logical reason for him to get more money than Ruiz.

If the fight falls through I think it hurts Ruiz way more. Wilder can easily pivot to something else and get paid. Even if it’s something weird like Ngannou. Team Wilder should tell Ruiz to take it or leave it.

What are you talking about? Ruiz Jr beating AJ was possibly the best thing to happen to the HW division in 10 years. The HW division couldn't have been more stagnant or boring before that.

This site has more lawyers and promoters than fight fans.

Stop wasting time with Ruiz. Get Jarrell Miller on the phone -he’s just as big as Ruiz, talks a better game and is just as entertaining a fighter as Ruiz is right now. Miller will take 30% and a Wilder-Miller fight would sell out the Barclays and do decent PPV numbers.

Why? Does he have a bigger fan base?

                  Whyte/Ruiz would be a fantastic co-main to Wilder/Joshua.

If he wins he would become the next in line for a title shot.
A final eliminator for a shot at Tyson Fury means what precisely? Tyson Fury is not going to fight anyone he does not want to fight and Mauricio isn't going to do a damn thing about it. Tyson knows this as well as every other fighter and fan. There is no order in boxing because the sanctioning authorities are all corrupt. This is why fighters act the way they do today.

We know Ruiz eats more than Wilder and I think Wilder smokes more than Ruiz. Hard choice.
