I read somewhere on Boxing Scene that Matchroom made £12 million profit in the last financial year, plus DAZN offered Matchroom a new 3 year deal. Things can’t be that bad clearly. Worrying about a promoters or tv networks success I find very odd. I hope they’re all successful which means more pay for the warriors who step into the ring and brings more eyes on the sport.

You simply change the narrative when it suits you.
You have a reading comprehension issue and/or are just making stuff up - probably both but definitely the latter. I have been clear from the beginning. Promoters want to make money. I suspect Hearn made money in 2022. If he or DAZN didn't, as you say, I really don't care. Show me where i changed the narrative.
"Making money is the most important thing";. DAZN/Matchroom lost money. "I don't care about them losing money". Complete hypocrisy.
Ok, it's clear - your reading comprehension isn't up to much. This is not an example of hypocrisy. I am stating that FOR THEM making money is the most important thing. It is not important FOR ME at all how much money they make. Is that really difficult to understand?.
Why are you so DESPERATE to defend them when they objectively didn’t have a good year in 2022?
I suspect that they made money in 2022. I haven't seen the accounts. I already said I don't care in 2 previous posts.
You say the accounts support that? Which accounts? We are talking about Eddie Hearn and Matchroom right? I was going to say send me a link to Matchroom accounts = but please don't for your sake or mine - there are better ways to spend a Sunday
DAZN’s accounts are public. Google them. I never mentioned Matchroom’s accounts. I said DAZN lost money on MR’s watch which they factually did and you actually have the nerve to talk about comprehension.
My only point was 2022 wasn’t a good year for Matchroom. Especially compared to previous years like 2017 for example. There is a plethora of evidence to support that statement. Such as DAZN’s increasing financial losses, losing the UK rights to Usyk-AJ, Canelo-GGG flopping at the box office, the Eubank-Benn fiasco and the PR disaster that followed.
2022 was an objectively bad year for them, but as a pathetic little fanboy you can’t accept that and are here desperately defending the indefensible. It’s truly pathetic.Comment

well kind of but not really. I think its a media thing "the face of boxing" - it's a common phrase now "the face of ....... " insert what you want. a year, the face of 2022 etc. The face of women's tennis - Serena.
But as of right now, seems to me that several boxers are trying to be the face or a face of boxing. Haney, Teo, Bud, Errol, Tank, Canelo, FuryComment

Canelo is still the number one, I agree with that. I was more commenting on your second paragraph. The others are, as I said, trying to be número uno.Comment

You clearly changed the narrative you absolute weapon. You claimed making money was the most important thing, then when you realised it didn’t suit your agenda, suddenly you didn’t care. Pathetic fanboy behaviour.

seems like your powers of deduction are even worse than your reading comprehension.Comment

You haven’t offered any evidence of why it was a good year too other than when you originally claimed making money was the most important factor, however when I informed you that DAZN lost millions with Matchroom as their lead promoter you suddenly “didn’t care”. It’s absolutely pathetic man. I’m just humouring you at this point.
