It’s certainty not being invested in the craftsmanship and quality of the actual belts.

They just need a countrywide boxing body to sort it all out and have one world title per division. Licenses for boxers and fees from promoters to stage matches would be enough to fund a body. You don’t need hundreds of millions for what is basically admin. And they could also unify rules across all the states. Of course you’ll still get crooks within that body but at least they’ll be more accountable than private organisations based outside the country.
Needs to be a Worldwide Organization as titleholders are from different countries, but the idea of only one organization is what counts.

Fighters should get together and refuse to pay the sanctioning fees. The belts are completely worthless now. Hardcore fans can't name the champions and casuals don't care about any of it.

Good question. I presume the money goes to salaries, travel and accommodation expenses to the events, and that's about it.

They give these directions or orders such as purse bids and set their own rankings. But clearly these are done quite randomly, with no real reasons how a fighter is ranked number one.

The truth is if two good or great fighters are matched against each other, people warching the fight don't care if it's for a belt or not.

It would have been better if he committed to it. He was just mumbling over himself like a buffoon. Looked like a kindergardners first play and add to the fact he put the belts on. Smfh great message

Undisputed isn't worth it you lose an 8th to fees 10-15% trainers, cut man, not to mention promoters taking their share along with the guaranteed tax man less it's in the middle east. 10m is is really 2.5m when you could make more with less belts targeting the fights you want instead of fights like daniel Dubios whoms most undeserving of a go title fight.

I'll tell you what these sanctioning bodies are doing with that money. They are creating more title belts with it.

Would you join multiple unions at your profession? They're like crooks who control the game. OK, someone's got to organize things but the way boxing is today it's a total rip off to the fans and the boxers.
