Teofimo Lopez should be on the P4P list

I know a lot of people don't like him and I understand why but regardless of personal feelings his resume is legit

    Wins over

    Lomachenko
    Commey
    Nakatani
    Taylor
Sandor Martin (was a legit win. Sandor Martin did nothing he was there to survive (minus the knocked down.

    Is a legit resume

So what he lost a fight to Kambosos. 1 bad night shouldn't have you off the list

You would have a point- except for the Martin fight and the Kambosos loss.

Losses count on a resume. it was a terrible loss. You cant not factor that in, especially when the top 10 guys dont have as bad a loss like that.

Your wording of the Martin fight is disingenuous and done solely to try and minimize that fight because many felt Teo lost.

The Martin fight dispels your point about 1 bad night. That was 2 bad nights- a loss and a highly disputed win- in fights he was a very huge favorite.

Very hard to put him top 10 given the above.

I am not saying he isnt a top 11-20 p4p boxer or not the man at 140 right now.

Jermell Charlo has a loss and a very disputed fight. Is he in your top 10 ?

Martin beat him and so did Kambosos.

But he should still be on the P4P list because he became lineal king of two divisions. That's what P4P guys do.

No, I don’t . That said that is a better example of the *1 bad night* argument you made than Teo would be.

This is fair argument- but what about Taylor v Catterall? Taylor’s win was as highly disputed as Teo over Sandor and Haney over Loma.

Taylor and Teo arguably shouldn’t have been for the title but the #1 contender spot for the Catterall v Martin winner.

I understand. I think Teofimo Lopez overall resume is better than Jermell Charlos. 2 weight champion and Lomachenko and Taylor are better than everyone that Charlo beat

Catterall should be the lineal champion but he's not. It sucks that it happened that way and both Martin and Catterall deserve title shots ASAP, but we have to live with what the judges gave us.

I think that is reasonable but shortsighted because Charlo doesnt have the Kambosos level loss but did KO undefeated JRock at 154.

The question is where we put the 2016 KO win over JRock?
