Look, PBC. (Al Haymon), who’s really a promoter disguised as an advisor, isn’t inclined to put two of his fighters (Ruiz/Wilder) in a high profile heavyweight fighters against each other because he can get more of a return on his investment if both win and face non PBC fighters, and Sulaiman should have been well aware of that before ordering the elimination.

Another point, this nonsense of Sulaiman saying he’s going to confer the WBC board of governors is pure hogwash. Sulaiman is not only the WBC President, he’s also the board of governors because what Sulaiman wants, he gets. The board of governors is noting more than a rubber stamp who are not going to overrule Sulaimán. It’s all window dressing to give the impression that there is some hierarchical method to key decision making.

Last, no matter what anyone tells you, the only thing that matters to the WBC, WBA, WBO, or IBF is sanction fees. That is their driving force and is all that matters to these corrupt organizations. The nonsense that they look after their fighters in a fair and unbiased manner is like someone telling you that you can get a fair trial in a dictatorship or country run by an autocrat.

Having said this, you can bet the house, kids, and wife that Sulaiman ( board of governors be damed) will make Joshua Fury’s mandatory regardless of the ratings. That’s where the sanction fees, bring the most money to the WBC. Fury vs Joshua in the UK is like their super bowl, and Sulaiman will be center stage with some special belt, a WBC shirt and hat.

Even Hearn trying to throw a pointless Whyte /Joshua fight won't help as I can see they'll try to shaft Dillian who won't stand for it with his self elevated opinion of himself. The Arabs have tied up the division with just a murmur of Christmas riches and everyone has gone in to safety first mode on an already pathetically slow division.

All these silly people talking about Fury won't fight a mandatory when Whyte was his mandatory literally 2 fights ago which is more than some belt holders do, their hate for Fury is making them ******.

Just make Wilder-Fury 4. All the fights were competitive and there is nobody else who wants to fight. Or do Fury-Ruiz

I had wondered about the enormity of the purses but figured that just maybe the Saudi's would guarantee them. I don't believe anyone wants to see Fury-Wilder IV and I don't see why anyone would want to see Joshua fight either Dylan Whyte or Usyk. The top four need to sort it out and have two fights with Wilder and Fury fighting either Joshua or Usyk. The next round of fights would pit Wilder and Fury against the guy they didn't fight their first fight against.

Yeah, he had to be ordered to make that defense or get stripped by the WBC. And that after a court had to force him to honor his contractual rematch obligations against Wilder. Then he chose a spent Chisora for his only other title defense. Those three are the only title defenses across both his reigns. Not sure why you're giving so much credit to a guy who has to be ordered to defend his title against ranked opponents every time.

"I don't want to speculate because that would be irresponsible to try to make something up." What about making up all those silly worthless belts.

Whyte being Fury's mandatory is a conveniently contrived fiasco. Dylan Whyte hads no business being in the same ring as Fury. Only the gullible will pay to see that fight. Like P.T. Barnum said. "there's a sucker born every minute".
