Bud is a a talented fighter. He can adjust, he can punch sharply, he has an above average defense, he is mentally strong but with all that he has never challenged himself. He hid behind negotiations and thinks he should be paid more than what people are willing to pay to see him. Wasted career that could had been more. TR has blame with this, they dangled Pac and Taylor in fights that never happened and had to give him over the hill popular fighters or a string of mandatories the took little money.

Buds resume isn't the best. But he could possibly beat everyone floyd beat. So could beat floyd also. But we will never know, if 2 boxers don't fight we can only guess. If it's so important for us to know we've a responsibility to get them fight when we can.
If your So interested in this match up why weren't you putting pressures on floyd or bud to make it

Whoever said Floyd wouldn't have fought him nailed it. Bud might have won or lost that fight, but he has all the attributes to be the guy who finally stopped Floyd, and Floyd would have found a way to avoid it.

Floyd had all timer skill, but he got some gifts and fought some guys at just the right time.

Exactly. Crawford has been fighting below elite and or way past their prime fighters at 147 to lay any credential on his fantasy fight with Floyd. Spence is his first test at 147 and that says a lot about his resume.

Given that Crawford hasn’t really fought anyone of note other than Postol and Porter, that’s easy to say.

              Pacquiao, Canelo, Mosley, DLH, Cotto.

Without TR by his side, we’re going to see the real Crawford very soon. And I don’t want to hear anything else about Crawford and how great he supposedly is after he gets exposed on July 29th. I don’t want to hear about how he’s better than some HOF’ers and ATG’s anymore.

Some people say that Floyd would have never made that fight. But if you look at both fighter's respective records, it's more likely that Crawford would have been the one avoiding Mayweather. Hell, he waited a year after Floyd retired before he moved up to WW.

As much as I believe that Mayweather was one of the most boring fighters of all time, Crawford is the most overrated fighter of this era.... And Mayweather would of boxed him beat and bored us all at the same time...

What are you talking about, man? Crawford signed with world famous BLK Boxing, who put together the barn burning and quantifiably successful fight with always dangerous David Avanesyan.

Crawford was just a no-name fighter until he got a title shot against an unremarkable beltholder in Ray Burns.
