Who knows, but bud had a better chance than guerrero, ortiz, ssm, bert o and maidana. But with floyd we know he often didnt fight who had best chance to beat him.

Nope, he'd never have beaten Floyd, or a prime Whitaker and even De La Hoya perhaps.

Leonard and Hearns would be too much as well.

Now, Crawford vs Pacquiao, well, I think Bud might have been able to edge him, but not sure if he could beat the Manny that beat Cotto and Margarito.

Well maidana and pac and dl h and Castillo arguably did, so I'm sure arguably bud could. I don't agree with absolutes like bud would never have beaten floyd. Floyd denied us ever finding out, floyd preferred the mystery

There was no fighter that you may insinuate had the best chance of beating him that wasn’t later exposed as ordinary.

Too many here focusing on 'Money'.

How about you go watch Mayweather / Chavez (El Matador).

If you're unbiased, you will accept that Crawford would have been out of his element.

Just because a fight was somewhat competitive or not a blow out which we are used to seeing in Mayweather fights doesn’t mean the fight could arguably go either way. PAC and Maidana soundly lost. The other 2 , especially Castillo now you have a point.

Regardless of who you think would win, prime Crawford would easily be the toughest opponent of his career. Floyd didn’t fight many undefeated prime fighters.

Who has Bud beaten that he can make such claims? What is his biggest marquee prime name in his resume? Horn?
