Last time I checked early to mid 30s isn't pushing 40 years old.. I think people are so dum now a days. When the hype for the Mayeather vs Pacquiao was at it's peak Floyd was the same age as Bud, no one said anything about him being old or pushing 40...and when Floyd did reach 40, he looked a lot different than he did at 35 or even 36..

The point is neither guy is absolute prime anymore, and Manny was definitely a shopworn fighter by the time Mayweather thought the risk was at its lowest that took almost 8 years
