I'll be excited once the tickets actually go on sale and I can purchase some. Until then they are still in talks as far as I'm concerned but if it's at 154 like someone said (I hadn't heard that) then I'm definitely not going to waste money buying even the PPV.
A frustrated Crawford contended that it had taken too long to finalize a deal and that Spence didn’t truly want to fight him.
Why does Spence want to fight Crawford now?
Because he finally saw that sitting on his hands, and thinking that he was doing something cute by denying Crawford a chance to be the first to break the undisputed title record in multiple divisions.
Because he saw the money that Davis vs Garcia brought in, and his crooked mouth started watering.
Because IF he does not win this fight, it will serve as a cash-out fight, unless he can get fights with the Charlo'z at 154 and 160, or Canelo at what ever.
Because he should realize that he got bad advice wasting the best fighting years of his career listening to the puppet Al Hayman to Floyd Mayweather Jr. and blew his chance of having a legacy as a WORLD CHAMPION, AND NOT JUST A PBC/THIS SIDE OF THE STREET/POND/BACKYARD CHAMPION.
This is shaping up to be one of the best years in boxing in a long time. Imagine we somehow get Canelo-Benavidez in September and the rumored doubleheader of Wilder-Joshua and Fury -Usyk in December.

I'm still a little excited for it though!
4-5 years ago Crawford wasn’t a proven fighter at 147 yet & Errol had practically just won his first title at 147. Some of y’all expect these fights to happen as soon as you imagine it. A year to a year and a half ago was when the ticker started for me and I’m not disappointed one bit!
