A person could sit down, watch the fight three times, prove loma easily won, and the people saying haney won will gaslight you and themselves and say it was just too close to call.

There will never be a consensus. They won't overturn it and haney isn't doing a rematch, loma would knock him out as this time he would not dare to think he is up on the cards. The best we can all hope for is that at some point this garbage leads to better training for judges, or some kind of computer system that judges these fights with no bias and based solely on who is the best fighter.

It's over. Loma should have the belts. Everyone, and i mean everyone, who saw that fight knows it. If they say it was too close to call, they don't understand boxing, or they a loma hater, a haney fan or some weird racist who bases their fights on skin color.

I know man. Boxing is basically meaningless at this point and no one gives a crap about it because the corruption, bad judging, bad reffing, etc.

We are all just about thru. Who gives a damn if these guys fight anymore. The results are skewed and we may as well as just not watch.

      Sport is dead.

I had 2 problems with this fight. First of all why didn't Lomachenko go all out to win round 12 ? What was his corner thinking ? I had Loma winning the fight it still does not excuse not going all out to close the show.

2 problems with this fight: Second, judges needs to go in front of the commission (open to the public to see) to explain crazy scoring i.e. 10th round for Haney.
and again do not coast in the last round always try to close the show. I believe Loma won the fight but failed to close the show.

Loma said he felt comfortable that he was far ahead enough on the cards to win the fight. Which he should have been obviously.

Even if Loma had scored a knockdown in the 12th, according to the scorecards, he would have lost. That is how ridiculous the scores were.

People that don't know the difference between a split decision and unanimous decison got no business giving people the verdict on a boxing match.

                These are all foreigners that came to the US and got robbed;
                1. Lennox vs Holyfield I was a huge robbery.
                2. Sergio Martinez (Argentinian) got robbed vs Paul Williams in the 1st fight.
                3. Paul Williams vs Erislandy Lara (Cuban)
                4. Timothy Bradley vs Pacqiao (Filipino). Judges gave the American the fight.
                5. Andreas Korelnik vs Devon Alexander was a clear robbery.
                6. Broner vs Ponce De Leone (Mexican). American judges gave Broner the fight
                7. Mathysse vs Devon Alexander. This is the 2nd fight American judges gift Devon a win
                8. Sergio Martinez vs Cintron was declared a draw. Martinez was robbed of a KO and then a decision.
                9. Mathysse vs Judah. This is the 2nd fight Mathysse got robbed.
                10. Sultan Ibrahimov (Russian) vs Ray Austin
                11. Loma vs Haney is the latest addition

Lomas face after the fight tells us all we need to know, does a winner look like he just got rolled over by a truck? His face damaged to the max but yet somehow he should of won, yea his fans said he won against teofimo too so no point in talking to bandwagoners.

I think the real story here is that... Devin Haney just isn't that good.

If you're the next big thing, you're expected to decisively beat the older, smaller, past his prime fighter.

The fact that Teofimo could do it and he couldn't tells you that he's not that guy.

In addition, you have to leave it all in the ring and don’t take rounds off like Loma did either. He blew this fight all on his own.

Had he won the twelfth round then the fight would have been ruled a Draw. However, he boasted that he deliberately took his foot off the gas in round twelve.

                      Which gave Haney the victory.

I m a boxing fan. I have favorites. Loma is one of my favorites. A joy to watch and an amazing, unique, fun talent.

And I cannot agree with you more. Lomachenko has never decided to box all 12 rounds of a close fight, and that is on him. Good for Haney, the boxer who won this fight even if I do not love watching him all that much.
