Every fights a risk at this level hence guys like Shakur & Tank won't go there and this is why as soon as a guy takes an L or has a tough fight, he is done and slated.
Lmao on the road. So fvkcing pampered
    Loma gift
He fought the #1 guy? Must of missed it.
Cryan was a cherry pick gone wrong. They both weighed the same on fight night if anything hankey weighed more.

Lmfao cope loser. Your hypejob got exposed by a mental case

Whether they weighted the same on FN or not, not having to lose the last 3.2lb to make weight is a big advantage.

I’m not saying it would have made a difference to the outcome, I think Ryan’s style is all wrong for Haney, but to make out like missing weight by that much is no big deal is disingenuous

Yep. It's a cherrypick gone wrong fight for Haney. From day one Devin was a massive favorite because of his perceived skills. Garcia adding weight didn't even change the odds one iota on fight night. It even added to the negative narrative like Ryan being undisciplined, didn't take training seriously, etc.

Devin Haney was meant to win that fight by clear UD. Some even predicted a KO.

        • gotta respect devin, you cant win every fight, he just needs work and bought in to his own hype too much

My responses to him are based on the fact he picked Ryan to lose and is now backpedaling while knob gobbling and spewing his usual racist garbage.

I’m handling the loss fine. Again see the rbr thread. Gave Ryan full credit. Said nothing bad about him.

I get racists like you and him desperately want to create false narratives that black people are mad when they aren’t.

Devin took the B-side and bet on himself to become undisputed. He's taken some pretty tough fights. He's got good work ethic too. The issue isn't that he needs work. It's that he has no power, even as a massive weight bully, and a glass chin. His skill made up for it until now, and he made some crap tactical decisions. Will be interesting to see how he responds and comes back from this loss. And his loud mouth dad.

It's a tough puzzle because his style is predicated on sacrificing power for speed, and if he adjusts his technique to increase his power, he's going to get hit more, and he doesn't have the chin for that either. The only way I can think of to address the issue is to become even more defensive tactically when fighting a power puncher, and then he'll be even worse to watch.
