Unfortunately....nobody in the building saw it that way except two other guys and the Italian judge with a history of throwing fights.

I think there is unanimous agreement that Moretti scoring rd 10 for Haney was wrong.
Take that away and its 7-5 all 3 judges.
But hey, I get it...the world is blind, Russia was attacked, Berkshire Hathaway needed the a 23 billion tax cut and it's high minimum wage not history blasting corporate profits causing inflation. Thank GOD that's settled, moving on.Last edited by factsarenice; 05-23-2023, 10:16 AM.

most people are retracting their initial scores after rewatching, once loma figured out devin it was too late, had he won the last round he probably would have got the nod or a draw, everybody crying robbery were overrreacting it was a very close and good fight and boxing fans should be happy but its being overshadowed by these cry babies. Even if you think loma won its not by a wide margin, you just gave the close rounds to himOriginally posted by factsarenice View Postlike shakur and everyone in haney's hometown, everyone in attendance and every expert, haney lost.

I suppose it's just how boxing works. I think we can all agree it was a tightly-contested fight. The fairest thing would be to do it again, though boxing isn't really in the business of fair. Haney shouldn't be scared of a rematch as Loma is on the back slope -- but we know Haney doesn't want it.Originally posted by The Big Dunn View Post
I respect your points. Solid post. If you look at the punch counts landed, there were only 2 rounds with even # of punches landed. The other 10 were split 5 for haney and 5 for loma.
That suggests Haney was given both close rounds. That is enough to win imo.
