Tank can fight him at 140 pounds, he's already fought at, and near that weight twice. He won by stoppage both of those fight's defeating Mario Barrios, and Ryan Garcia. I don't see how Devin Haney would escape the same fate as the other two, Tank is a demolition man.

If Haney moves up then Lomachenko and Stevenson can fight for the belts. Problem solved.

Tank didn't fight Ryan Garcia at 140. He fought him at 136.

I did say at, and NEAR that weight twice, 136 is over the lightweight limit, and within the 140 pound weight division which is 136-140.

The key is " when the time is right" which sounds like marinating.

Yeah, after he fights Shakur and Frank Martin @ 135! I hope Frank Martin fights William Zepeda or Pitbull Cruz! Tank can fight the winner!

Tank can fight them all in any particular order, or not. He's just that good, and dynamic a puncher. As far as your match making skill's go it's still worthy of a promoter's consideration of a job offer.

So many clowns in here are shakur fans all of a sudden when you all were laughing at him for crying at the olympics, mocking your very own country and hating on him when he beat valdez. Bunch of fake posers.
