You could see the concentration etched on Haney's face. Understandably. But you could tell he was in deep, for the very fact he was totally matched, and for him to comment that Loma was 'very crafty', imo that implies that he knew Loma got the better of him quite a lot. Otherwise no need to say such a thing. He was getting hit like he'd never been tagged before.

To give him credit, he did do well, and didn't go super dirty like I expected.

Maybe if Lomo scored a knock down, or bloodied Haney, or made him bandy dance, but he didn't. Loma wants to take a close fight and argue he was robbed. Right from the start I said Loma wouldn't see 20-1. HOF with 17-3? Next to who?

With the right legal team behind it can get some serious attention, all that needs to be done exhaust all administrative level procedures and from there take it to Federal system!!! It can be done, 50-50 opportunity either way!!

Boxing is an international sport. Why should foreign countries accept the constant fake decisions in places like Las Vegas?

After a prelim fight, Raymond Muratalla vs Jeremia Nakathila, the announcer did a post fight interview with the winner, Muratalla. He asked him who he'd like to fight next, Muratalla said he'd like to fight the winner of the main event. The announcer responded, "So you think you are ready for Haney?" The fix was in.

That prelim is online but does not include the post-fight interview.

You know there is NO actual regulation in US boxing, right? This goes all the way to the top. You could get congress involved or whatever, it wouldn't change anything. It's in nobody's interests to have actual regulation or an actual commission. Sadly.

Good spot. I had noticed it myself. Evidently they already had a clear idea of who was gonna win.

I can't either. Boxing has been a thoroughly corrupt sport from its inception. The violence of it attracts the underworld, and it is the easiest sport to fix, one way or another.
