I thought he won a close fight that couldve gone either way.

The problem with NSB- including myself- is too much pre fight garbage excuse making and conspiracy talk clouds any close fight.

We all talk too much about promoter bias, networks, refs and judges that all of us seem to watch a fight looking more at that then the actual fight.

Close, tough fights are the best to watch but yield too many conspiracies from the guys that lose.

I think Haney won as well but giving him 8 rounds likely means you gave him the 10th.

Respectfully, I can’t see how that is possible.

It could have gone either way and I was rooting for Loma.. I can't call it a robbery when it's thats close.

Show me a scorecard where Lomachenko won 7+ rounds so I can laugh at you. Max Kellerman had it 115-113 for Lomachenko, but his scorecard is disqualified because he had Lomachenko winning the 12th. There's no way Lomachenko won the 12th round which brings me to my last point...

Most people are momentum scorers. They watch the guy who has the momentum and start to give him every round until something devastating happens. Thing is, something devastating doesn't need to happen. All you have to do is out land your opponent. Speaking of which, I'm about done with Andre Ward and Timothy Bradley. Respect to them for what they've done in the spot, but those two are the worst momentum scorers we've ever had calling a fight.
Haney body shots carried him to victory and the straight left from Loma couldn't miss all night either. I agree on the 12th, I can't believe anyone thought Loma won that round, after the unreal 11th he did nothing in the 12th. I had it 6-6 giving Haney the 12th but there were a few rounds that could have gone either way early on. This was not a robbery at all, the fight was super close, they just gave Haney more swing rounds than Loma.

Same old BS. These decisions are driving me away from boxing. Why pay to see a bad decision? If I can't find it free I won't be watching anymore. Back to MMA where it's rare we see this BS.

I respect your perspective. A draw is the best I can do for Loma. He didn't win 7 rounds.

That’s what I saw too. There were a couple close rounds that could have went the other way on my card, 6-6 was totally doable for me, but it didn’t see 7 rounds for Loma no matter how I scored the close rounds.

I also thought the announcers were calling big shots landing for Loma that were misses or at best glancing blows. Even on replay between rounds I heard them say, “and Loma lands a 3 punch combo there.” When in fact none of the 3 punches landed.

If Loma had won a 115-113 decision I think it would have been a questionable decision, but still not a robbery as there were enough close rounds in there.
