Moretti scoring that 10th round to Haney is mega lolz, needs explaining!

I had Loma ahead by one round going to eight. So to me it was either draw or Loma winning.
But cong**** to Haney as well! Good bodywork. And strong finishing in 12th. I think Loma felt it in 12th but Haney appeared to be gassed around 9th.
If I heard correctly, neither Haney was really convinced he was ahead ("He's doing whatever he wants" said Haney between 9 - 10) and I thought Loma made his case more clear than Haney.
Can't wait for when the haters will turn the narrative to some kind of schooling by Haney (it is already happening! ).

CORRECTION: Haney said it because Loma was hitting him with straight left when Haney went left. He exactly said: "He's is doing it whenever he wants"

I look at it this way: Loma did win and I don’t care what the f#ckhole judges and ‘powers that be’ cooked up. I’ve made my peace with it and hope Loma feels the same eventually. No one will forget you won tonight champ, those titles are worthless now.

          1. Great fight!
          2. I absolutely knew it that this fight hinged on Loma's ability and desire to keep the foot on the offensive gas. He should have learned from the Teo fight. He thinks he won and that is the problem. His corner should have told him after each round that he was losing.
          3. The blatant bias from commentators is disgusting. If you can't keep entirely impartial, you should NEVER be allowed to do that job. Andre Ward, Bradley, and Shawn Porter have agendas and it is a disgrace.

Your are right. Bob didn’t appear to be all that terribly upset that Loma lost. He seemed more happy for Haney. So expect those two do even more business together in the future.

Terrible Robbery. When people rewatch this fight, they will see how badly Loma beat Haney. Worst case scenario, give swing rounds to Devin, it's 7-5 for Loma. That is the WORST CASE SCENARIO. Clear Loma victory. Boxing is a joke. It's where the losers win and winners lose. It doesn't matter how much skill you have; it only matters that money exchanges hands and American fighter gets his hand raised—whatever the cost.

Boxing is going to die. Watch. No one will want to be a prize fighter if you believe that even if you kick someone's ass, you'll get your ass kicked by the judges. And fans don't want to see one injustice after another. No one wants to go home with a bad taste in the mouth. In ten years, there will be no boxing on ESPN. Showtime will have left boxing even before that, and DAZN will start to move into other sports.

You have to beat the champion. Haney fought the wrong fight against a lefty but he won a very close decision in my opinion because his punches landed clear clean especially the body attack. The dam crowd was yelling even when Loma was missing. He's not Pacquiao so that pathetic sht didn't work last night.

Awful if he did as it was the opposite, these juiced in hacks are ruining boxing. Even if he scored it the other way we still have controversy as the other two had Haney. I had it off of general impression Loma shading it but a draw was logical too.

Im not sure why anyone would call this a robbery.

By all accounts, it was a close fight. The boxing scene site has is a draw. ESPN had it 115-113 for Haney. I wouldn't argue with anyone that had it 115-113 for Lomo. Yes, Lomo was coming on late, but Haney did work a lot of good work in the middle rounds. You don't get extra points at the end of the fight for finishing strong.

The question now is whether Haney really believes in himself. Because if he does, he would go straight back into the rematch. Both close wins that Floyd had against Castillo and Maidana, Floyd got right back in with them in the next fight to show he was the better man. Judging by how Hany handled the Kambosos situation, it seems like Haney has confidence, but let's see what he does.

Will watch it again and score round-by-round, I was more enjoying the fight really (minus the awful commentary).
On the official cards all three judges gave Haney the first round. The biased scoring stars from there as the round was an obvious round for Loma.
