Haney trying way too hard to project confidence ended up projecting insecurity.

This is what happens when you plan to do something in advance but on the day you don’t find the right moment to execute. He was telling Loma he was too small , then got angry at what he said and shoved him. I think he is anxious but not insecure. Plus he has given Loma enthusiasts an excellent excuse.

Depends on the weight class, I wore 12oz gloves but yeah, Loma would have worn 10.

And youre 100% right on headgear. IOC banned the headgear a few years ago because it actually causes concussions. But yes, the whole point of it was to keep guys from getting cut which is why they still wear it in sparring,

When Haney first came on the scene I thought he was a nice, respectful fighter. Then he makes a racist remark about white fighters and now he shoves Loma which could have caused Loma to fall and the fight postponed. What an ass-hole Haney is.
