The boy (because he really is a little boy inside) is scared. He's been scared. When someone goes in and tries to give himself as much time to rehydrate, to angle for the ref to view Loma as a dirty fighter, to basically do everything within his power to manipulate the fight outside of the ring, then you you have a triple A rated pu$$y. No fighter respects this guy. Tank doesn't respect him. Shakur doesn't respect him. No one does because everyone knows what he is inside.
