They have an official weigh in, the one that counts, which they have already done, the second one is just for show and they don't weigh them, they just stand on a scale and pose for the camera's as the announcer says their official weight.

If they already did the one that counts then what is the issue?

Well, for one I know a lot of us like seeing the actual weigh results before we make bets. It's ridiculous now that it's faked for show and you can't see the shape of the fighters after their weight cut.

This doesn't even have a ****ing photo. All I have to go off of is Devin looking like a homeless AIDS patient in that giant hoodie earlier in the week.

The first time I remember this happening was Teo vs George, and it's what kept me from betting on George.

If you bet on it I can understand your point of view. It is weird but it looks like it was in their contract.

Then they should have let the fans know "We're doing an early weigh in with no cameras or reporters, and the one we televise is going to be fake."

There's zero point watching a fake weigh in IMO.

If Haney makes 135, he’s a LW. Really nothing more to discuss.

You mean he’s getting older and will likely have to move up to 140. Agree. Happens with guys under age 24 they move up.

But why the closed door, early weigh in then? Obviously so he can have extra time to rehydrate and comes into the ring enormous. Don't need to be a fan of one or the other to see the angle here.

Ok. He made 135 next try right.

Not sure. If you feel that way fine. All he has to do is make 135 at the weigh in.

Yeah the angle here is Haney is the champ. Other champs have done similar things as the champ.

I dont see the issue all of a sudden.

If Haney is breaking a rule then so is Lomachenko and every other boxer. No weigh in is literally 24 hours before the start of a fight. That's an example of how ignorant and desperate you are.

Fight card officially starts at about 3 p.m or 4 p.m., which is when this pretend weigh-in is scheduled. You just might be the first guy I block for being too annoyingly dumb.
