A boxing promoter? lying is in the job description.

And none of that changes the fact that Oscar made and ass out of himself like he always does and your affecting sales comment was as laughable as Oscar's ego taking a beating.

So weight would have fixed the clear deficiency in boxing skills between RG and Tank? Besides, before the bout RG said that he never felt so good and strong in his life before and his trainer said that the rehydration clause wasn't an issue for his boxer. RG was despite the rehydration clause the heavier fighter. So, your complaint is that Tank didn't allow RG to be much bigger than he already was? RG has to try to learn something from this defeat and move on. So, RG and Oscar have to stop making this ridiculous excuse.

They'll hand him his You tube ass! Honestly, if he fights just one of these guys and suffers another humiliating defeat, he'll quit boxing.

Tanks win wasnt minimized, he got all the clout and some. Ryan couldve been 50lbs heavier and his technical mistakes wouldve cost him regardless. But truth be told, Ryan isnt and wasnt that good. Anyone that pays attention to boxing knows a Southpaw against an Orthodox fighter is a back and forth battle of the lead foot. Against Campbell and Fortuna it was obvious that Garcia is front foot heavy. Tanks team knew this going in which is why they insisted Ryans a dumb fighter. He was able to beat Campbell and Fortuna based on being the fresher fighter, nothing more.

How was it a big factor, offer some numbers or facts not just an opinion, give me something that shows it was a big factor, you have previous fight weights for Ryan, you have weighin weight and look, you have him 10lbs heavier in the morning with 12 hrs to go which is easy to gain what ever he wanted at that point, its easy to say drained but where is the signs either in his look, in his speed, in his strength as he threw Davis around the ring.

The difference was class, experience and power.

I agree with Oscar that if he were negotiating the rehydration clause wouldn’t have been in the contract. But he’s been blocking this fight from happening for years so he doesn’t get to pat himself on the back after the fact.

                  Interesting.

Joe Goosen said it was the ribs.

                  Which is it?

Tank would’ve stopped him regardless of what he weighed. He had him mentally beat the first time he cracked him. You either got the dawg in you or you don’t and Garcia clearly doesn’t. Guys who weight drain and don’t rehydrate right get KOed because their brains aren’t rehydrated and cushioned w water properly. He took an invisible body shot and called it a night because he knew he didn’t have the answers.

He could be 146 the morning of the fight, he had a another 10+ hours to hydrate AFTER the "10 pound limit"

So my question is how much more above 146 does Garcia have to weigh to beat Tank? We can assume he could easily get to the low 150s by fight night. Does he need to be 160 pounds to win?

How much of a size advantage does he need?
