Victor Ortiz: "Marcos Maidana Refuses To Fight Me"

i dont like the way he used the excuse by saying he said things off impulse just to get done with the interview with max. stop blaming max and take it like a man. why should marcos fight him again. he gains nothing from it. its a lose lose situation for marcos. everybody is gunning for marcos. why not make the most of it. good for marcos. get your fame and money while its right in front of you. victor work your way back to the top and stop blaming reporters and saying fighters dont want to fight you. if anything other fighters will love to fight you. cuz they think your broken alreadyComment

What a moron this kid is. You quit man, who are you to say a fighter wants no part of you when you took the cowardly way out.Comment

What a joke. Oritz should be concerned with the Bradley's, Alexander's, Khan's and Peterson's of the world. Not the Hatton.
And I am quite sure that Hatton would welcome a Juan Manuel Marquez fight long before he ever stooped low enough for a Victor Ortiz fight. Makes absolutely no financial sense for Hatton and all the financial sense for Ortiz.Comment

I re-watched the fight a couple of days ago. As Ortiz starts to quit, the ref quickly takes him over to the doctor so that the doc can call it off. Looked to me like the officials were doing their best to avoid having him look like a quitter, which isn't surprising considering that Raul Caiz was the ref.Comment
