As for a fight between Canelo and Bivol at 168lbs, wouldn't advise that for Bivol. At light heavyweight, or don't do it.

I take my hat off to Canelo. Who else was keen on fighting Bivol, even at his weight? Hardly any think they can beat Bivol. Beterbiev is a beast, but a few more probably think they could outbox him.
This is not the true story of the situation though... Canelo was prevented with 2 offers: fight two young & fresh unbeaten dangerous fighters (Charlo & Benavidez) or fight a 40 year old Gennady Golovkin & a Bivol who looked bland against Spider Richards post Pandemic. Canelo took what he thought was the easier route only to find to his horror that Bivol operated on a level several steps higher than himself.

Without a doubt, Canelo sued him to get out of his contract with him, so the hate can be expected after that.
