I agree with Oscar on both accounts. No way does Canelo defeat Dmitry at any weight class; Let alone 175 lbs.

Alvarez done fucked up now. He is forced to take a fight that he knows he can't win all because he thought he was cherry picking a very limited and overmatched Euro bum in Dmitry Bivol; Who he thought had very little chance of defeating him.

Boy was he wrong? It was just another cherry pick gone bad. Now in order to save face he has to rematch him. To prove to boxing fans that he is no coward and to convince himself that Bivol is actually beatable but he already knows he's not.

Expect him to mentally break and check out at some point in this fight; In order to avoid a serious ass whupping and getting himself hurt this time around

You are right. Oscar is acting like a scorned and jilted ex lover when it comes to Alvarez. However, what he is saying is not wrong. He is actually telling the truth.

There is no way Canelo beats Bivol at 175 or 168 and Canelo already knows this. He knows he can't beat Dmitry. So what is he trying to prove by challenging an opponent that he knows that is better than him I will never understand?

This is the perfect time to fight Jermall or Andrade.

These two must fight each other first.

They fought nobody good so far.

I actually think Canelo should’ve stayed with Oscar too. There’s no way he’d have made that Bivol fight.

As frustrating as it was for us fans, his timing of making the GGG fight was perfect. Same with Kovalev too.
