NC - you've picked a draw - so, valid question >>>> !s it the case that if you pick a draw you get 20 points if the result is a close decision - regardless of who wins?

This was one of those muted changes at the beginning of the year just like the change in multiplier rules but because there's no master thread this year there's no way of checking

also I suggest clearig up the contradicting points totals otherwise they'll be pickers claiming a close decision when it maybe wasn't etc

I think now it's been left so long we're going to have to stick with the old system for DRAW picks. So no points for a close Pick in the event of a Draw although I still consider it to be a worthwhile idea to look at for next year.

theres a contradiction in the first post

DECISION: CLOSE (0-9), CLEAR (10 - 18), WIDE (19+)
-CLOSE is 8 or fewer pts difference, eg 116 - 112, 115 -113 115 - 113 or closer. CLEAR is 9 - 17 pts difference, eg below 117 - 111 on all three cards WIDE is 18 points or over ie an average of 117 -111 or above on all three cards
