Will give either of these guys credit for the win. That being said, we have to see who shows up.

Is Loma on the slide? We'll know in the first 4 rounds or so. When he's on, he throws 30+ punches per round for the first rounds, then really pours it on. He was single digits for several rounds vs Lopez. If we see under 20 punches per round in those early rounds, he's either on the slide, or being outclassed. If he's being outclassed, he'll never be able to get anything going even into the late rounds, and it will look like any other Haney fight.

I figure this is going to look like a Haney fight, or it's going to look like a Loma fight. If it looks like a Haney fight for the early rounds but Loma has several moments in some of the later rounds, I'll be more willing to say that he's washed up. I expect them both to show up on form, and if Haney dominates like he did against Kambosos, he's really on another level. If Loma shows up and is able to dominate Haney like the Loma of old, you can be sure he'll be back on the P4P lists. This is one of the best matchups this year, IMO. Great stylistic battle.

I think Loma takes this one if he's got the ring rust off though.

Of course. Haney is young and hitting his prime. Dude’s great and I only see good things for him. If Loma wind I’ll give him all the credit in the world. Only thing people can say is that Haney is having a hard time making 135. But even then, it just depends on how he looks on fight night.
