If this is the case Tank should have fought Ryan at 140, no hydration, he'd get more credit. If Ryan would have been as bad at 140, then knock yourself out, go for it Tank.
Don't feel inhibited in any way go for it, knock yourself out, help yourself to the equally bad 140...no hydration clause version of Ryan.
